Nivea Foaming Silk Mousse Body Wash

I received this Nivea foaming silk mousse body wash in my July Target beauty box and at first glance I was super excited - all right a shaving mousse. WRONG!! This is a mousse....body wash..for YOUR BODY. *scratches head* Uhm ok...! I was definitetly hesistant to give this a try. I had visions of smelling like men's shaving cream. I'm not sure why, but the packaging and the texture made me think that. Honestly I wasn't TOO far off.

So what did I think? Well anyone familiar with the Nivea brand will know what their signature scent is, that's exactly what this smells like, which can go either way based on if you're a fan of the smell. For my body, I really wasn't a huge fan, it didn't lather enough and I can't say that it made my skin feel any smoother. HOWEVER, this makes for a fantastic shaving cream! I was able to get a smooth shave with zero nicks.
