Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review
Cleansing Waters - Some people hate them, some people love them, and some are kind of meh about them. I'm in the meh category, if it's all I have around then I will use it. My issue with cleansing waters is that I feel like I could just use makeup wipes to do the same thing & they work faster, cleansing water requires a cotton pad AND the water. Ehh I know it's a little thing, but by the time I'm ready to remove my makeup I want something easy. Note - I REALLY like the Sephora & Mandom Cleansing Waters.
My other issue with cleansing water was that I felt like they didn't do a great job of removing eye makeup. I picked up this waterproof version in hopes that it would better than what I've tried.
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water - Waterproof Makeup Version
This all-in-1 bi-phase cleanser is surprisingly powerful yet gentle to
skin. It effectively removes even waterproof makeup, cleanses skin and
refreshes. A multi-purpose cleanser that contains Micellar technology.
Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup
without harsh rubbing, leaving skin perfectly clean and refreshed
without over-drying.

-Affordable. Around $9
-Easy to find. Bioderma (cult classic) can be hard to find & it's expensive.
-DOES remove all makeup quite easily and quickly.
-No scent and doesn't irritate my face.
-Easy to use.
Cons
-This left a film over my eyes that meant I HAVE to wash my face after using this and even still my vision was a bit blurry.
Overall
If you like the dual eye makeup removers then I think this would be a GREAT pick for you. However if you find them hard to remove, like I do, I would suggest staying away from this. I DO like to use this cleansing water to fix any makeup mistakes I've made and to even out my eye makeup, just be careful since it can move around a bit since it does have oil in it.
You can buy this at any drugstore.
