Last week was pretty crazy for me. I felt like I had a ton of things to do and only two seconds to get it all done. In all honesty a lot of it was in my own head. I could have easily rescheduled a few things, but that's not really in my nature. This week I'm giving myself a break and slowing things down a bit - spending a little more time reading and less time being productive.
Today I am thankful for the few minutes of silence I am giving myself.
I already feel relaxed and less stressed. If only I could have these few minutes on a warm beach. ;)
