Mommy Monday - Taking Time for Yourself

I find that I NEED a few minutes to myself every day. These few minutes help me reconnect to who I am and get me out of "mommy mode" for a few minutes. I give a few suggestions on how to get out of 'mommy mode' for a few minutes every day. I hope you find this helpful! It's important to take care of yourself too.
