Bourjois Haul + Initial Reviews

Ever since I came back from Ireland my obsession with Bourjois products was rediscovered!! A few weeks ago I ran out of my current favorite foundation - Bourjois Healthy Mix - and I decided to turn to ebay to test out some more 'new to me' Bourjois foundations. Here are the few that I tried & my initial reactions.

Bourjois Mineral Matte Foundation in #85

Lightness of a mousse, mineral powder benefits. Pampering mousse enriched with mineral powder that melts onto skin for a perfectly even result with no mask effect.

Lets skin breathe and preserves moisture.

No added preservatives and dermatologically tested

This is a lightweight mousse foundation that is really easy to apply, doesn't get cakey, & it takes under a minute to apply.  The problem with this foundation is that I feel like the color looks good when I first apply it, but a few hours later the color is a shade or two too dark.  This might work better for me in the winter when it's not so warm out and therefore it may not oxidize as much.

Bio Detox Foundation & Concealer in #56

Foundation

This foundation perfectly evens out the complexion, minimizing pores' appearance and concealing imperfections.

Enriched with chlorophyll from plants that brings oxygen and filters pollution, it leaves the skin pure and fresh.

Its formula melts onto the skin for a no mask effect. 

I am not a fan of this foundation. I can see this being great for dryer skin, but on my oily skin it added way too much moisture. The color was also too light for me.

 Concealer

Anti-pufiness concealer with fresh effect massaging roll-on. This is the perfect concealer to fight dark circles, puffiness and swollen eyelids.

I really like this concealer!! It reminds me of the Garnier rollerball products, except this is more pigmented. This is easy to apply, the color is a good match, and coverage is light-medium. I can't I've seen any difference in my undereye puffiness when I use this, but I still like this concealer a lot. 

Effect 3D Max Lipgloss in Rose Gold

I have to begin with the wand (sorry for not taking a picture!!), the wand is a like a plastic spatula & it makes 'coloring' inside the lines quite difficult. The color of this lipgloss is a light barely there peach and it's not sticky at all. Overall I like this lipgloss, but the wand has to go!!
