e.l.f. Essential Waterproof Eyeliner Pen
My currently liquid liner lover L'oreal Linear Intense Eyeliner is starting to dry up and I decided it was time to buy a replacement. Enter ELF Essential Waterproof Eyeliner Pen, I decided to buy a cheapie since I rarely use liquid liner & ELF products are usually pretty good.

I really like how this applies, if you can work a pen then you can work this eyeliner.
This eyeliner is great for thin or thick lines as shown here in my masterful art piece shown below.
It actually makes applying a winged liner VERY easy.
I would highly recommend this eyeliner brush!! It's waterproof, application is easy, and it's $1!!
Tip: I do get the feeling that this can dry up quick so be sure to store it upside down to prolong the life of this eyeliner .

Awesome! I'm currently loving Jordana Fabuliner which is also dirt cheap ;) Drugstores really did improve their quality!
