January Favorites 2012

I'm usually not that excited for the month of February to be here, but this year I am!! In just a few weeks the hubby and I will be going to Ireland and I can't wait!!

Since another month has gone by that means it's time for monthly favorites. I don't have a lot of products on my list this month, but I am in love with the few that I have.

Philosophy Turbo Booster C Powder
You add a scoopful of this powder to your regular day time lotion and it helps lighten scarring and even your skin tone. The best part? This actually works!! I started seeing results just 2 weeks after using this.

Mythic Oil
I bought this to replace the Cibu Ancient Serum I just ran out of and I'm so glad I did!! I must begin by saying that this product smells amazing, if any of you are familiar with Biolage it smells like that. This oil is great for adding shine, taking away frizz, and hydrating your hair without weighing it down. The only downside is that this isn't sold in the US so you have to buy this online, I bought mine off of Amazon.

Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water
My new favorite gentle makeup remover. Review here!

PH Matchmaker PH Powered Blush in Rose
I haven't ever come across a drugstore blush that is so pigmented!!  Review here!

PH Matchmaker PH Powered Lip Gloss in Pink
I'm pretty sure this lipgloss will be in my life for a long time.
This gloss gives your lips a beautiful shine, a nice stain when it fades, & it comes with a mirror/light.

What were your January Favorites?

  2. I've seen that vitamin c powder at sephora and I've been curious to try it - would you say it works better than the caudalie serum on discoloration?

  3. Yes!! It works faster and after a few days your skin glows.
