If I Wore the Same Makeup Every Day - FOTD

Well I probably wouldn't be very happy..lol

For my fellow beauty addicts - Do you know anyone that uses the same makeup every day and wears the same looks every day & always manages to look put together?? I sometimes envy those people, there's no wondering what color eyeshadow to wear or lipstick. I hope I'm explaining myself properly!!  I thoroughly enjoying playing with all of the makeup I have, but sometimes I wish I knew all of my HG items & just stuck to those. Side note: I feel the same way about my closet, I wish I loved every single piece of clothing in my closet. If I did I would wear the same 5 outfits over & over again if I knew they fit & flattered me perfectly.

For those of you who follow what I mean this is what my every day look would consist of..

Bare Mineral Prime Time - I just discovered this primer, but it's already HG status. It doesn't contain any silicones or parabens, yet it manages to make my face look smooth & stay oil free.

Foundations
Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse - Summer
Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream 31 - Winter
I mix these two together during the Fall & Spring.

Physicians Formula Talc Free Mineral Wear Powder to set the foundation.

Sonia Kashuk blush in Lilly & MAC Shell Pearl as a highlight.

Benefit Eye Bright on my lower waterline & as a highlight.
Mascara - CoverGirl Lash Blast or L'oreal Voluminous.

I would finish by applying Korres Lip Butter in Quince or Maybelline Color Sensational LipStain in Feelin Rosy.

The result would be something like this..

I just realized that my neck looks so much darker than my face. Darn you super high SPF!! BTW - Am the only one who's neck is darker than their face..?? I read all these magazine about your neck being lighter than your face, but mine never has been. Guess I need to scrub harder in the shower.?? haha

What would your every day face consist of..??

but man, wearing the same make-up everyday?! i'd never use up all my make-up .. haha .. thanks to YouTube and Blogger, i'm always trying new things! but speaking of Holy Grail, i've recently found holy grail products myself, so don't feel bad that you're still looking for them, hehe .. after 10 years messin with make-up, i finally found mine! =P

  4. hmm, that primer might have to go in my f&f shopping basket! I basically wear the same makeup during the week because I can slap it on and it doesn't look like a mess...I change up the blush, but my base makeup is the same, and I just wear a wash of a netural shadow on my lids...boring but easy to do when I'm only half awake, haha

have you tried the lash fusion (purple tube)? I think I like it even more than the LashBlast!

  7. yep, I wear the same look every day until I run out of makeup for that look, then I try something different with what I have and wear that everyday. I cant afford to buy makeup all the time but the same ol look Ive been wearing for 6 weeks (and still wearing) has made a lot more guys flirt with me, open doors for me, way more than before... I am also walking and climbing stairs everyday too now though, I think that also has something to do with it :)

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.
