Product Review: Sonia Kashuk Radiant Tinted Moisturizer
I ramble a bit in the video above, but the point is that I do like this product. I know that Pam/Pink compared this product to a BB cream, but I disagree. This product does not have the acne medicine or the whitening properties that many BB creams have, and that acne medicine is a KEY reason why I love BB creams.
Pros
-Affordable $12-$13
-Lightweight, but buildable coverage.
-Has SPF 15
-Good for all skin types. Oily skin gals like me need to do a little extra work when using this product - a base & a setting powder.
-Leaves your skin with a nice glow (not shiny, not matte) finish.
-Has anti aging properties.
-Does not make me breakout.
Cons
-You can only buy this at Target.
-The color range is VERY limited. I believe the darkest color is tan, which is the color I''m using. Note: I'm an NC37.
Overall: I really like this product & I will buy it again.
Have you tried this product..?

Tammy I LOOOVE your product reviews! They're short and sweet but very informative. (:
ReplyDeleteYour skin look great! It looks like you're wearing foundation. I'm looking for a tinted moisturizer at the moment right now and seeing how great your skin looks through camera, I'm gonna have to check it out. Thanks for the review!
great review!!! i was waiting for someone i trust to review this product I might have to try this soon, I was actually planning on buying it last weekend but we had already gone to too many stores and was super tired so i just went home instead of going to target :(
ReplyDeleteI agree with Tina above! :) Thanks for this Tammy! But I need like a full on BB Cream, since I've been breaking out. Coverage coverage coverage! LOL!
ReplyDeletedammit woman, I'd forgotten all about this product but now I'm going to make MG drive out to the nicer Target to see if they have any in a lighter shade! lol...nice review :) and I agree, it's not really a BB cream since BB creams seem to have some acne medication and/or whitening/brightening ingredients, and a much higher SPF than this TM (I think the lowest SPF I've seen for a BB cream is SPF20). But your skin does look great while you wear it, and as much as I love my MUFE F&B foundie, this looks more affordable for the summer.
ReplyDeletei LOVE this TM :) i'm SO picky about TMs because typically i make my own since others just don't satisfy me, but this one impressed me quite a bit for being a "drugstore brand" .. sorta. haha! :)
ReplyDeleteLove love love this product! ur skin looks so good!
ReplyDeleteI bought this product a while back but then I read on MUA that it broke so many people out with cystic acne. It was confusing bc the majority of bloggers said that it doesn't break them out. I couldn't chance it tho bc I had a big event coming up, so I returned it. =[
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to find anything BB cream like for tan girls. Maybe I'll give it a try another time thanks to ur review.
