DIY Experiment for Perfect Winged Liner

I recently saw a video featuring a tool that is supposed to help you achieve the perfect winged line. I love tools like this!! However, I didn't want to spend almost $20 on a piece of plastic. I decided to experiment and see if I could come with something that mimics similar results.
