Milani Constellation Gel Eye Liner

Milani is one of those drugstore brands that I feel like I don't give enough love to. Everything I've ever tried by them has been amazing. Recently Milani came out with new collection inspired by the constellations. Of course I had to get my hands on this GORGEOUS eye liner!!!

Here's a swatch...once again..BEAUTIFUL!!!

Unfortunately the top is the part that is this beautiful color. Once you get through the top portion the rest of this gel liner is a dark green color, without any of the pretty sheen you see above. Also I find that it doesn't matter what primer I use this doesn't last very long and it seems to get everywhere.

Major bummer!!! 

I could stare at this pretty gel liner for hours...dreaming of the stars. ;)
