MUA Lux Velvet Lip Lacquers - Lime Crime Dupes

The Velvet Lip Lacquer products are what encouraged me to haul anything from MUA in the first place. I heard these were great dupes for the Lime Crime Velvetines and I knew I just had to give them a try! The Lime Crime Velvetines look amazing, but it's a rarity for me to spend $20 on ONE lip product. With these MUA Velvet Lip Lacquers I was able to get 4 lip products for the price of one Lime Crime product.

So from what I have heard about the Lime Crime Velvetines are that they are VERY pigmented & long lasting. These MUA lacquers are VERY pigmented AND long lasting at a fourth of the price. These truly last all day, you actually need an oil based makeup remover to take these off. The only part of your lips that will likely need a touch up or two throughout the day is the inner part closest to your teeth where your lips are the most moist. Like most long lasting lip products I did find these to be drying, but a few dabs of chapstick over them help with this and do not alter the staying time.

Overall I m seriously impressed with these lip lacquers!! For under $5 they are a MAJOR steal.
